Platform terms — review draft

The campaign operator, platform provider and infrastructure owner may have different responsibilities. Final documents must identify the contracting entity, agreed services and applicable data handling arrangements.

Review draft: this is not a final contractual document.

POLICY DETAILS

Review terms around your actual deployment.

01

Website information

The marketing site explains product workflows and deployment options. Illustrative dashboards and campaign scenarios are examples; they are not live customer records or a customer endorsement.

02

Commercial scope

The platform is positioned as a one-time purchase with no recurring platform subscription or raffle revenue commission. The signed proposal must separately identify implementation, infrastructure, support, optional services and any third-party costs.

03

Campaign responsibilities

Campaign owners define and publish the entry criteria, prize rules, verification process and claim instructions. Applicable campaign permissions and approvals must be addressed by the operator before launch.

04

Contract review

The final contract must identify the supplier and customer, deployment scope, service commitments, payment terms and agreed responsibilities. This page is a review draft and does not replace that agreement.
